Admissions
To get to know more about Little Jays we welcome visits by prior arrangement. Please contact us by telephone, email or by post.
Once you have decided to enrol your child with us, we will ask you to complete an Application to Join and return it to us.
Following the application we will complete the registration documents with you.
Funding
From the term following their third birthday, all children are entitled to government funding for 15 hours per week, 38 weeks per year. This will be claimed by us where appropriate.
For 15 hours of free childcare for your two-year-old, you or your child must meet the government funding eligibility criteria.
Little Jays also offer the Extended Free Entitlement government funding for 3 and 4 year olds to families that are eligible. Funded hours are dependent on how many sessions we are currently open. At present we are open 9 sessions so can offer 27 hours a week of funding.
For sessions where funding is not received, fees at the rates shown on the right will apply.
We are approved to accept children eligible for Tax-Free Childcare
Payment terms
A £30 deposit is payable on application to ensure a space is held for your child to attend, half of this will be refunded after your child has completed their first term. Fees are payable half-termly or weekly, in advance, and may be paid by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
